So its no secret that we love dessert – in all forms! And we’re always trying to find healthier alternatives to the traditional desserts. A few years ago we came across the magic of freezing bananas and started making chocolate dipped banana bites, the texture of a frozen banana is very similar to ice cream. So it was a small leap to ACTUALLY make ice cream with just bananas; creamy and luscious you can add almost any flavoring or topping for a quick and healthy frozen dessert!

Tips & Tricks
- We like to keep things simple with chocolate chips but you can use a variety of toppings – if you’re using a nut butter or powder, add it at the end and let the mixture process to allow full incorporation; for solid toppings e.g. nuts add them at the end to avoid them breaking down
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 1-2 hours before serving, this will keep in the freezer for 3-5 days
